class 20: Overview of Admissions and Removal Procedures

Since class 7, we have been focused on the substantive rules that dictate who is permitted to enter in or remain in the United States, and who can be forced to leave. In this next part of the course, we turn from substance to procedure—to study the procedural rules that officials follow to make those substantive determinations.
